2026 SPARC Performance Training

SPARC Performance Training is designed to help serious soccer players improve the athletic qualities that translate directly to the field: Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, and Change of Direction.

These sessions will focus on developing explosive movement, quicker first steps, better body control, and improved reaction time so athletes can play faster, stronger, and more confidently during matches. Players will be coached through professional performance drills used to build athleticism that supports soccer development.

Each session will include structured training in:

• Speed Development – improving acceleration and sprint mechanics

• Power Training – building explosive strength for faster movements

• Agility & Change of Direction – sharper cuts and quicker directional changes

• Reaction Training – improving decision making and responsiveness on the field

• Movement Efficiency – learning proper body mechanics for performance and injury prevention

Sessions will be led by Coach Marcus Haywood, Certified Performance Coach and founder of Athletic Sculpting, with experience training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes.

• Location: Culpeper Soccer Complex

• Dates: April 13, April 20, April 27, May 4, May 11

• Time: Mondays from 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM

• Total Sessions: 5 training sessions

• Cost: $125 per player

This program is intended for travel-level soccer players born between 2012-2015, looking to improve their athletic performance and gain a competitive edge.

Note: This training is geared toward motivated players who are serious about improving their athleticism and elevating their level of play.
