Registration is required and all players are welcome! Space and player
participation is limited to adhere to guidelines so please register

All
players must have signed the VYSA Communicable Disease Release of
Liability, and agree to the VYSA Return To Play Guidelines, before
participating in soccer activities with CSC.
The return to play guidelines are focused on creating opportunities for players to safely resume soccer activities, while
following all local, state, and national guidelines. However, we understand returning to play is the
choice of the parent/guardian and we respect your decision to determine the right time for
your child to participate.
Returning to play requires a
collaborative effort among coaches, parents and players. Each of us must
be diligent at enforcing and following these protocols for the health
and safety of our players, coaches, staff and their families.
We understand that players enjoy interacting with their teammates,
but it is imperative that every player understands, adheres to and
respects the social distancing requirements and no-contact guidelines
that have been established.
Please take time to read through each of the documents provided in registration so that you have a full understanding of expectations.
