How to Create an Culpeper SC Account:

• Using your web browser, type in:https://www.culpepersc.org
• Once on the Culpeper SC website home page, look in the righthand side for a solid black button labeled, “LOGIN & REGISTER”

• From this page click “Create Account” link on bottom of page. this will prompt you to start the process in creating an account

  • • Please enter all required fields.
  • • ** Make sure the region you select is “Culpeper”- this allows you to be able to see the appropriate youth/adult programs in the area.
  • • You will be prompted to enter a verification code for your email address, so please have access to your email inbox.

• • Enter all Youth Players and Adult Participant’s information.

• • Important: Please review all information on the summary page and click “Confirm Account” at the bottom of the page. Your account is not created unless you click the confirm button.

After your Account is Created:

• • You may add additional Youth or Adult Participants as needed. Use the “Add Youth Player” or “Add Adult Participant” links above your account name.

• • You may switch “Regions” for your account to see available programs in other VSA clubs and regions at any time. Use the “EDIT” link next to the account name.

• • You may change passwords or emails, click the black box with arrows in the upper right corner. **You will need access to your email inbox for verification purposes**

• • You may edit individual player’s information by clicking the “EDIT” link next to the player’s name. This includes allowing players to play up age groups in the Recreational program or updating school attending information.

How to Register for a Program:

After creating an account/logging into your soccer account, you will now be able to register for the different types of programs that Culpeper SC has to offer.

“Account Home” is where you will see all of the participants in your family account.  Next to each player is a list of the age appropriate programs available to register for titled “Available Programs”.  If there is a section titled “Registered Programs”, this lists which programs you are already registered for.

You may read about various programs by clicking on the program title.

Find the appropriate program that you want to register for and click the box to check mark the program name, then at the bottom of the page, click the button “Register”

Fill out the necessary payment information and submit the registration form. After you submit, you will receive a confirmation email.  ***In the Recreational or Hot Shots program, this is where you would enter a special team request.***

You should receive an email confirmation when you register for a program.  If not please make sure your account is updated with your most current email address and that culpepersc.org is not listed as a spam address in your email.
