Culpeper SC Registration: Quick-Start Guide

1. Account Setup & Player Profiles

• Get Started: Go to culpepersc.org and click the black “LOGIN & REGISTER” button (top right). Click “Create Account”.
• Select Region: You must select “Culpeper” as your region to view local programs.
• Non-County Residents: When entering your player’s school info, you must select:
  • Public School District: Emerald Hill
  • School Attending: Emerald Hill Elementary, Culpeper Middle, or Culpeper High School

2. Accessing the Mandatory Supplemental Form

⚠️ CRITICAL STEP: Do not just check the registration box yet!

1. On your Account Home page, find your child’s name and look at the “Available Programs” list.
2. Click directly on the Program Title/Name (e.g., U6 – U19 Rec Soccer). This opens a separate description window.
3. Inside that description window, click the link for the “Supplemental Player Details” form.
   • Why? This form is mandatory to secure your preferred practice night. Without it, your child will be rostered to any team with an open spot. We will not be able to make adjustments after rosters are released.

3. Checkout, Special Requests & Uniform Fee

1. Proceed to Register: Return to the main window, check the box next to your desired program, and click “Register” at the bottom.
2. The “Special Request” Box: While filling out the system’s official registration form, we highly encourage you to list your preferred practice night in the “Special Request” box as an extra backup.
3. Uniform Requirement: Please remember there is a $20 uniform fee (includes one CSC jersey and matching socks). All players are required to wear this official uniform during CSC games.
4. Submit & Confirm: Fill out your payment info and submit. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after.
