2026 Fall U6 - U19 Recreation Soccer
Fall 2026 Registration
- Early Bird: May 5th – June 1st ($85)
- Regular: June 2nd – July 19th ($100)
- Late: July 20th – July 31st ($125)
Practice nights and team assignments will be released the week of August 10th. Announcements may be delayed if a head coach has not been assigned.
Uniforms
- Cost: $20
- One CSC jersey and matching color socks. All players are required to wear them during CSC games.

2026 Fall U6 - U8 Academy
Goals & Mission
The CSC Academy prioritizes player development above all else, preparing players to progress to the travel level and beyond.
Our focus is on building technical ability, improving game understanding, developing a strong work ethic, and fostering a lifelong passion for soccer. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where every player is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
Curriculum Focus
Training emphasizes individual skill development, helping players become more confident, creative, and comfortable on the ball. Sessions follow best practices from US Soccer, US Youth Soccer, and United Soccer Coaches.
Weekly training themes include:
- Dribbling for possession (changes of direction, shielding)
- Dribbling for penetration (attacking moves such as scissors, step-overs)
- First touch
- Passing
- Goalscoring, finishing, and ball striking
Schedule & Eligibility
- U8 Academy: Players born between August 1, 2018 and July 31, 2020
- U9 Academy: Players born between August 1, 2017 and July 31, 2018
- Training: Wednesdays
- Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Location: Culpeper Sports Complex
- Coaching: Professional licensed coaching staff
- U10 Academy: Players born between August 1, 2016 and July 31, 2017
- Training: Two trainings per week. *Exact days TBD
- Time: 5:30PM – 7:00PM
- Location: Culpeper Sports Complex
- Coaching: Professional licensed coaching staff
- *Please note this is not an open registration. Players are selected through tryouts or by invitation.

2026 Fall U6 - Little Comets
Ignite your child’s love for the game with Culpeper Soccer Club’s Little Comets Soccer Program.
This energetic program is designed specifically for our tiniest aspiring athletes. It focuses on fun, engaging activities crafted to spark joy while building foundational soccer skills. We’re not just teaching soccer — we’re cultivating a lifelong love for the sport.
Curriculum Focus
- Me and My Ball: Developing comfort and control with the ball.
- Me and Space: Learning spatial awareness and movement on the field.
- Me and My Friends: Fostering teamwork and social interaction.
- Me and the Game: Introducing basic game concepts and rules.
What to Expect
Participants will enjoy a variety of games and activities that incorporate essential soccer skills like dribbling, passing, and kicking, along with fundamental movement skills such as starting, stopping, and changing direction.
We also include classic childhood games like Tag, Follow the Leader, Hide and Seek, and Red Light Green Light to keep sessions fun and engaging.
Parent participation is key. Parents will actively participate alongside their child in all activities, creating a wonderful bonding experience while supporting their child’s development.
Program Information
Players will receive a Little Comets jersey at the first session. We encourage players to wear black shorts, black socks, and soccer cleats.
Cleats are recommended but not required. Tennis shoes are acceptable. Shin guards are not required. CSC will provide soccer balls for each session.
Due to the young age of players, it is possible to attend and try a session, but players must first register online.

- Group Size: 10 to 20 players (no official teams are formed)

- Practice: Saturdays only; 45 minutes
- Location: Culpeper Sports Complex
- Game Day/Time: Saturdays at 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, or 11:00 AM
Important Scheduling Note
Session time assignments will be announced by email after registration closes. Players are assigned a session time based on age, with the youngest players beginning at 9:00 AM.
Due to the rostering process, we are not able to accept requests for a preferred session time. Thank you for understanding.
