CULPEPER SOCCER CLUB - ONE CLUB ONE CULTURE

Academy

Program Mission

Provide a modern, integrated, and cohesive Academy program producing and retaining team players with the ability, capability and mentality to succeed in soccer and life.

Development Philosophy

Work from a creative and innovative soccer development philosophy that prioritizes player development.  This philosophy will maximize player development for adaptability and flexibility with a winning mentality.

Program Goals

Player Development is the number one priority of the Academy. The long-term vision and goal is to develop players who are capable of playing at the next level. Whether that level is High School, College, or Professional, our responsibility as coaches is to ensure that we are providing an environment that is fun, challenging, and will constantly test our players. As players mature, it is important to place players appropriately to ensure they are constantly being tested at their own individual level. Our program aims to help foster the love for the game while demanding a strong work ethic, commitment, and passion for the game.
