Rules	Restarts conform to FIFA. Throw-ins - 2nd try allowed. Coaches and Referees guide players on the build up line (Retreat line rule, half field). Players on the defending team must move back to the half-line when the attacking team is taking a goal-kick. Free kicks are indirect only. No hand balls unless flagrant. Offside is not enforced. No slide tackles. Sub at natural stoppages except free kicks and corner kicks. Coaches will be directed to the sideline but are allowed to enter the field to make corrections or give quick instructions. More details are available on the referee rules page.

Rules	Restarts conform to FIFA. Coaches and Referees guide players on the build up line (Retreat line rule, between goal box and center line, will be painted onto the field for reference). Players on the defending team must move back behind the build up line as the attacking team is taking a goal-kick or keeper is playing the ball out in hand (Keepers will not be allowed to punt). Offside is enforced. No slide tackles. Sub at natural stoppages except free kicks and corner kicks.
