Board and Personnel Updates

Culpeper Soccer Club Families,

"Strengthening Our Foundation for Future Success."

We are proud to announce and welcome Michael Roelofs to the CSC Board of Directors, where he will serve as an At-Large Member. Michael brings experience in the sport, having competed at the rec, all-star, SFL, travel, and high school levels. His coaching background includes roles as an assistant coach and trainer for both rec and travel teams, and he is currently entering his sixth season as a head coach for our rec program.

To better serve our Academy and Travel families, Scott Allen and Jeff Stafford will move into new roles as Co-Directors. This joint leadership structure aims to bridge our programs and create a seamless development environment for all players.

Scott Allen brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to player development. He served on the CSC Board of Directors as an At-Large Member. Holding a USSF C-license, Scott’s coaching tenure spans over a decade, with a focus on travel soccer since 2022. His background includes serving as a Head Coach for multiple boys' and girls' travel teams, as well as an Assistant Coach. With additional experience in Academy and Recreational soccer dating back to 2005, Scott’s thorough understanding of the club’s mission makes him an ideal leader for this position.

Jeff Stafford has served CSC in nearly every coaching capacity, including Recreation, All-Stars, Travel, and Academy since 2005. Jeff serves on the CSC Board of Directors as an At-Large Member. His long history as both a coach and a parent provides him with a unique, well-rounded understanding of our players and parents.

We are happy to welcome them to the leadership team and look forward to the strategic growth and success they will bring to Culpeper Soccer Club.
